How to install and activate Office 2024 for Mac
Office 2024 Standard LTSC for Mac is activated using the supplied Office Serializer. You do not need to redeem the product through a Microsoft account or use phone activation.
Download both files from the link in your order email: Office Installer and Office Serializer. Install Office first, but do not open Word, Excel or any other Office application yet. Then run the Serializer package to complete the activation.
How to install Office 2024 for Mac
- If another version of Microsoft Office is installed on your Mac, uninstall it first.
- Download both files from the download link included in your order email: Office Installer and Office Serializer.
- Double-click the downloaded Office installer (.pkg) file.
- Follow the installation wizard and complete the Office installation.
- Once installation is complete, do not open any Office application yet.
How to activate Office 2024 for Mac
- Locate the downloaded Office Serializer file (2024_VL_Serializer.pkg).
- Double-click the Serializer package to start it.
- Follow the installation prompts and complete the process.
- The Serializer will configure the correct Office 2024 LTSC edition and apply the activation information to your system.
- Once the process is complete, open Word, Excel or another Office application.
- Office should now be activated and ready to use.
Important: Do not open Word, Excel or another Office application
between installing Office and running the Serializer. If Office still asks for
activation afterwards, try entering the product key from your order email manually.
