How to activate Office without calling
This activation method works with all editions of Office 2016, 2019 and 2021. Office 2024 purchased from us is activated online instead.
Open an Office application such as Word, enter your product key and select phone activation. Go to Keycode.cloud GetCID, enter the IID and the password from your email, and you will receive a CID. Enter the CID back into the Office activation wizard.
How to install Office
- Uninstall all previous versions of Office from your PC under Settings → Apps.
- Download the installation file for your Office version and language from our Downloads page.
- Double-click the downloaded .img file. Windows will mount it as a virtual drive.
- Open the mounted drive, run Setup and wait for the installation to complete.
How to activate Office without calling
- Open Word.
- Enter your 25-character product key.
- Select I want to activate the software by telephone. This is only required to display the Installation ID (IID) — you do not need to make a phone call.
- Open Keycode.cloud GetCID .
- Enter the IID displayed in the Office activation window and the GetCID password from your order email.
- You should receive your CID within a minute. If you do not, reply to your order email and send us the IID so we can help you.
- Enter the CID into the corresponding fields in the Office activation wizard and click Activate.
- Done. Office is activated.
